The LIME TREE Restaurant Wines

All of the wines on our list are hand picked and have individual merits that justify their inclusion. On the whole they are from small producers who’s products are not available in supermarkets and who’s winemaking skill is evident in the end product. Some have been in our own cellars for many years and are very hard to come by. In order to encourage the consumption of better wines, the pricing is weighted to provide better value for money, the more you spend – to the extent that we make very little profit on some of the most expensive wines.
